Tip: Use a egg timer to take a break

Being in fron of the computer is really exhausting for the neck and back and it can really hurt if you don't take little breaks.

Right now I work lots (12+ hours pr. day) and I use this teqnuqie to force myself for little breaks:

  • I set Awaken egg-timer functionality to notify me every 30 minutes
  • Every 30 minutes I take a break where I stretch my body

I can highly recommend this method.
