Seriously, what is antisocial about email?

Al 27. Dec 2007: I don't think he means 'antisocial', more 'not-completely-social'. Even so, I know a lot of people who e-mail each other, as it can be much easier than IM (time zones, for one). But I wonder if this new one beats it!
