One fitness rule to rule them all
When I was younger I was a bit overweight, even if I had a hard physical job (working at my parents grocery shop), biked, played soccer, handball, did sports in school etc. I was very active, but my body wasn't in great shape!
Now I am in great shape, even if I drive around in a car, study and do a lot of computer work. Of course, I am still active, I play soccer around 2 times a week and I run a couple of times pr. week. The thing that has changed is how I workout. Nowadays when I play soccer I give myself 110% and when I run I actually sprint. My golden fitness tip is to stress the body, that's how muscles are built and how you get in even better shape! If you aren't smashed after a workout, then it's a waste of time :) |
