Hosted by WebFaction soon

Before moving to TekTonic my sites were hosted by WebFaction (known as python-hosting before). The time at WebFaction was great - there was very few downtimes and their setup managed 2 or 3 digg-effects!

At TekTonic I have had lot's of downtime due to unexplainable VPS errors.

I wrote about my move to WebFaction some weeks ago and now it's real :)

In the upcoming week I'll move following sites:

Make sure to reduce your TTLs for your DNS Zones to something like 180 seconds to minimize the downtime. Also make sure that the DNS Zones are present on the new nameservers before doing the actual transfer and deleting the old zones.

I'm also at webfactional, and it's really great so far. Today I even setup a Skeletonz site :-)
