Naked lady

The shrinks asks the patient what he sees and the patient replies: "A naked lady". The shrink draws a triangle:

The shrink asks "What do you see now?" and the patient laughs and replies: "The back of a naked lady." The shrink is confused and draws a rectangle:

"And now?", the patient laughs again and replies: "Two naked ladies."

"Your problem is that you are obsessed with sex." says the shrink.
The patient replies: "Me obsessed with sex? Tell me, who is drawing naked ladies, me or you!?"
