Server move over

I have successfully moved this blog to my Orangoo server. I have had WebFaction as a host for a few years and they are/were really good - I would still recommend them if you don't want to manage your own server.

The reason for this move is that I am now fully capable to manage my own server and that it isn't that economic to have 2 web-hosts. I also upgraded my Orangoo server so it's now a beast.

Orangoo is hosted at unixshell - it's pretty damn cheap.
