New languages added to Orangoo Spell

My own spell server is complete and has support for approximately 80 languages! It's based upon aspell, but it would be trivial to support other spell checkers.

I have added following languages to Orangoo Spell:

• Croatian
• Hindi
• Norwegian
• Russian

I have also created a simple logging service that can tell me what languages are most used.
